About myself

Hi! My name is Anaïs Brusel.
I create spaces for reflection, connection, and transformation.
My work supports people in slowing down and engaging what sits beneath the surface of their experience: in their emotions, relationships, and the systems they are part of.
I don’t work to fix or direct outcomes. Instead, I work to create the conditions for awareness, and new perspectives or possibilities to emerge.
My Approach
My work is creative, relational, and systemic.
Creativity is not a method. It is a way of being and knowing.
It allows us to access perspective, shift patterns, and imagine new ways of relating.
In my practice, we work with:
-
intention
-
presence and listening
-
embodied awareness
-
creative process
-
systemic perception
This often includes practices informed by systemic constellation work and creative connection.
Path & Intention
My background sits at the intersection of psychology and peacebuilding. I have been apprenticing with mentors in systemic constellation work and processes for transformation.
I also hold Master’s degrees in Transpersonal Psychology and Development Studies & Diplomacy.
I have been supporting Indigenous leadership in nature conservation in Costa Rica and Canada. This is an experience that continues to shape my understanding of relationship: to self, others, and the living world.
With this journey, my intention is to support more conscious ways of relating between humans and with the more-than-human world by opening space for intention, connection, and transformation.
