Learning to become more relational in a complex world

Adult experiential education for individuals, groups, and organizations seeking to cultivate deeper awareness, creativity, and capacity for meaningful participation in an interconnected world.

Many of today's challenges are relational.

Whether we are navigating ecological uncertainty, leading change, collaborating across differences, or responding to complexity, the quality of our relationship with ourselves, one another, and the living systems around us shapes what becomes possible.

Yet we have given little attention to the development of the human capacities needed to meet this moment.

As a relational educator, I design experiential learning that supports the development of the human capacities needed to navigate complexity with greater awareness, creativity, and care.

My work brings together creative, systemic, embodied, and reflective practices that invite new ways of perceiving, relating, and participating in the world.

Learning that engages the whole person

Meaningful learning is about developing new ways of seeing, sensing, relating, and participating in the world.

Through experiential practices that engage the body, imagination, emotion, creativity, and reflection, we create opportunities for insight to emerge through lived experience.

Drawing from adult development, transpersonal psychology, systemic approaches, creative practice, and embodied learning, I design experiences that support new ways of understanding ourselves and our relationship with the larger systems we belong to.
